Month of May

Hi friends, I spent a wonderful day with Coastcare at Mount Maunganui, helping to plant around 200 spinifex grass plants in the dunes. I’ve also been downloading the photos I took for my "photography for self-expression" project at Yatton Park.

In my spare time, I’ve been playing games, singing music with friends, and watching the movie 'Pan'. I also had a great time at the Bay Active inclusive fitness afternoon, and have been keeping up my regular workouts at Blaze Gym!

On top of all that, I watched a tutorial on growing Oyster mushrooms and have officially started my own batch. I've been keeping a close eye on them to make sure they stay watered. I'm really looking forward to getting into the kitchen soon to create a yummy recipe with them!
