Mount hot pools

 It's been quiet chilly in the air which made it perfect weather to go warm up at the mount hot pools for a swim with friends. I felt so relaxed afterwards.

This week our Discovery groups volunteered in our comunity by helping Coast Care in protecting the sand dunes at Mount Maunganui beach. We weeded all of the yellow flowers out of the sand dunes, as they are weeds that will over grow the sand dunes that protect our beaches.  We worked really hard as a team and did such a great job.

Blaze gym

 I got busy at the gym on Friday working up a sweat punching the boxing bag, walking on the treadmill, using the rowing machine and cycling fast using my leg muscles.
