 This week in healthy connections I talked with my friends about what I look for in a good friend. Things like honesty, kindness & funny just to name a few! 

My friends & I spent the morning in the sunshine at McLarens Falls playing frisbee golf. It was a new game to most of us & we all really enjoyed it.

 I went for a hikoi down at Sulphur point. I was amazed to see a seal splashing around in the water not far from us, a few of us were had a go at fishing. 

  I liked being creative and making my own fairy glow jar. My friends and I went to the Greerton library “Let’s have fun” social group & made our own glow jars. I liked the pretty colours to choose from.

 I enjoyed going to do a work out at Blaze gym. It got my blood pumping and made me feel great! Here I am on the treadmill.
